Welcome to Revolution Rollers, LLC. By visiting our website or scheduling services with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to set clear expectations for our clients and protect both parties.

1. Services

Revolution Rollers, LLC provides professional interior, exterior, and cabinetry painting services to residential and commercial clients in and around Lambertville, New Jersey.
All services are performed by our trained team or trusted subcontractors, using quality materials and professional standards.

2. Estimates & Booking

You can request an estimate through our website contact form, by phone, or by text. Estimates are free and provided based on the information you share. If scope or conditions change after the estimate, the final price may be adjusted with your approval.
To confirm your project on our schedule, we require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payments

Payments are accepted via invoice links (Stripe), credit/debit card, or check, depending on what’s most convenient for you.
All invoices are due as stated. Late payments may incur a fee or delay in future scheduling.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled start date.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days before the project begins, as we reserve that time exclusively for your job.
If weather or unforeseen conditions require us to reschedule, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date.

5. Worksite Expectations

We ask that work areas be clear and accessible before our team arrives. If heavy furniture, fragile items, or obstacles prevent us from starting, additional time or labor fees may apply.
We take great care to protect your property and maintain a clean, professional workspace throughout the project.

6. Liability

Revolution Rollers, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or structural issues
  • Problems arising from customer-supplied paints or materials
  • Damage from factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, moisture, pests, etc.)
    We are fully insured and committed to resolving any issues within the scope of our work fairly and promptly.

7. Changes or Additional Work

Any changes or additions to the project after work begins (such as new rooms, repairs, or color changes) will be documented and may require a separate estimate or change order.

8. Marketing & Photos

With your permission, we may photograph completed projects for our portfolio or social media. We never post personal or identifying details without consent.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse its content or attempt to access data, systems, or features not intended for public use.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revolution Rollers, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
